Charging. There doesn't seem to be any problem with operation, but packaging definitely needs improvement. It's a fragile plastic product... put in a paper box with plastic wrapping. It's surprising that it arrived unbroken.

It's perfect, i hate having fairy liquid bottles in my kitchen as i think hey look so tacky, the battery life on this one lasts for ages, it takes seconds to charge up, easy to set up, looks great on my wall in the kitchen too.
